I have extensive background in lending having worked as a lender prior to working in home sales. This background in lending and underwriting practice helps to serve my clients in understanding loan modifications. A loan modification is where the lender/bank works to adjust the current homeowners loan terms to assist the homeowner in keeping the home by lowering and/or adjusting the current payments. Many times clients have things on their credit which hinder their ability to qualify for a loan. Again due to my knowledge in lending, I am able to help my client review their current credit profile and establish a plan to help them increase their credit score. I am not promising a gimmick of somehow magically erasing correct derogatory information. This is a plan to review the accuracy of information on your credit profile, dispute inaccurate information, work on derogatory settlements, etc. Credit takes time to establish and is based on history, so is repair, but the sooner you start the sooner you will be in a much better numerical place!
